Job description

Duties May Include:
• Review RTU requirements and integrate with UJTML/JMETs as they apply to air defense integration
• Coordinate training support from external Army Air Defense commands, DoD organizations, and supporting entities
• Identify capability gaps and communicate white-cell requirements to lead planners no later than 90 days prior to execution
• Advise on implementation and employment of Tactical Data Links supporting Army air defense mission command systems
• Supervise and manage the Joint Multi-Tactical Data Link Architecture associated with AMD systems during execution
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to military branch organizations on air defense integration
• Support on-site execution periods up to four weeks; provide foundation and academy support in Q4
• Collect lessons learned, contribute to the After-Action Report, and produce post-exercise whitepapers
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Prior experience in 14 series MOS Air Defense Systems Integration or closely equivalent role
• Demonstrated performance at Brigade level or higher in air defense integration and reporting
• At least one year of operational experience with Army battle command systems in an air defense air management brigade
• Experience with Mission Command, MDMP, and JOPP
• Working knowledge of AMDPCS, FAAD C2I, CRAM C2, Patriot ICC/TCS, THAAD LCS, AMDWS, and Tactical Data Links
• Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
• Former Warrant Officer or senior enlisted/officer with direct AMD systems integration experience
• Prior Northern Strike, JNTC, or large-scale joint exercise support experience
