Job description

Do you possess a dynamic and outcome-driven mindset as a sales professional, with an enthusiasm for HVAC systems? Our team is actively seeking a motivated HVAC sales representative to join us. As an HVAC sales representative, your responsibilities will include generating sales, fostering customer relationships, and promoting our range of HVAC products and services. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home services industry. Your primary objective will be to meet and surpass sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. $40,000 yearly + commission


Responsibilities:
  • Find and connect with contractors, builders, and property owners who are interested in HVAC services
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Communicate with in-house groups like installation and support to guarantee successful project completion and happy customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market
  • Lead generation and outreach directed towards the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industries.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
  • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Possess 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
  • A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
