Job Title: Experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician

Location: [RIO GRANDE VALLEY, LAREDO, CORPUS CHRISTI, SAN ANTONIO AREA]

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us: We are a well-established HVAC and Refrigeration service company, specializing in both commercial and residential services. We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician with a strong background in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HVAC/Refrigeration Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including both hot-side and cold-side kitchen systems. This role involves diagnosing and solving equipment problems, performing repairs, conducting warranty services, and executing emergency repairs when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate and diagnose problems with HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Perform timely and effective repairs to solve equipment issues.
  • Conduct installation, maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including kitchen equipment (hot-side/cold-side).Provide warranty services for equipment as needed.
  • Respond quickly to emergency repair requests for commercial and residential systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
  • Provide excellent customer service while on-site and represent the company professionally.
  • Be available for on-call duties during nights and weekends as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician with a focus on installation and repair.
  • Experience working with various HVAC and refrigeration systems, including hot-side and cold-side kitchen equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency repair situations efficiently.
  • Must be able to work on-call, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • EPA Certification is a plus.
