Responsibilities What You'll Do

You'll play an important role in making sure our technicians have what they need to take care of our customers every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, unloading, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials and equipment
• Picking, pulling, and staging parts and materials for our field technicians
• Restocking HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service vehicles
• Delivering parts, materials, and equipment to technicians and job sites throughout DFW
• Helping technicians locate the materials and equipment they need
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Helping maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and warehouse areas
• Jumping in wherever needed to help keep daily operations moving

Qualifications What We're Looking For

You don't need years of home-services experience to get our attention.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Dependable and punctual
• Hardworking and self-motivated
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Willing to learn and take direction
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Interested in learning more about HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, warehouse operations, or the skilled trades

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required
• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, or construction experience is a plus
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, construction, or distribution experience is a plus-but not required
• Forklift or material-handling experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. independently and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance or equipment
