Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued
  • Communicate effectively to ensure clients are satisfied with the services rendered
  • Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, and styling according to the clients’ preferences, along with other services, including but not limited to massages (arm, hand, and scalp), color services, shaving, and waxing
  • Perform other services such as utilizing our POS system accurately to add notes in client’s accounts
  • Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions
  • Work cohesively with the salon team to achieve the salon performance goals
Job Requirements:
  • Valid State of Georgia Cosmetologist or Barber License
  • Superior client service and communication skills
  • At least one year of salon or barbershop experience
  • Proficiency in men’s grooming particularly haircuts and beard care
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
