Job description

A CAREER WITH POINT72'S ACADEMY TEAM
The Point72 Academy is the firm's training program for fundamental equities financial analysts. Designed for undergraduates and early-career professionals, this immersive curriculum combines advanced modeling, critical thinking, and sector-specific research skills - preparing our analysts for an accelerated career trajectory at Point72.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Academy Recruiting team focuses on bringing to life the Point72 Academy's mission, strategy, and initiatives. You will apply your experience in campus recruiting within competitive undergraduate programs to help evaluate candidates and identify the most promising future investment talent. Specifically, you will:
  • Build and maintain high-caliber pools of candidates-with a focus on undergrads and early-career professionals-and deliver effective initial screening to match prospective candidates with our opportunities.
  • Support all aspects of global campus recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to recommend top talent for entry to the Point72 Academy.
  • Partner with Academy Management to determine strategic hiring plan for campus classes and review job descriptions.
  • Liaise with Academy recruiting team, drive strategic university relationships, plan recruiting events and lead candidate debrief sessions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, universities and student organizations.
  • Enter and maintain data integrity and reporting in all applicable databases and ATS with strong attention to detail.
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to coordinate orientation and training for summer intern and early-career programs.
  • Remain apprised of current and changing recruiting methods through research and development of external network.
  • Participate in campus recruitment budget maintenance and analytical reporting
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and Compliance to curate and develop marketing messages and materials.

WHAT'S REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of campus recruiting experience, with at least 3 in financial services.
  • Skilled in applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident engaging with candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting campaigns under tight deadlines with sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience developing campus strategies, building university partnerships, and supporting early career initiatives.
  • Established network of talent acquisition professionals, university career services and other faculty, and student organizations.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills: ability to track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS/CRM and virtual recruiting tools.
  • Collaborative team player with integrity, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstration of a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
  • Willingness and ability to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $170,000-$200,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
