Job description

Our client is a fast-growing Series B AI logistics startup with 700% revenue growth, seeking a Chief of Staff - Growth to serve as the CEO's right hand on revenue generation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

This is a high-ownership, externally-facing role for someone who can walk into rooms with board members, GPs, and Fortune 1000 C-suite executives - and leave with something tangible. You'll own investor network activation, advisory board buildout, sales process optimization, and European market expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Own relationships with VC and investor networks (General Catalyst, Bessemer, Bain Capital Ventures) and convert them into warm intros and Fortune 1000 pipeline
  • Build the advisory board from scratch - recruiting operators and industry leaders who unlock new doors
  • Drive European market expansion alongside the CEO and Head of Finance
  • Solidify and scale a repeatable sales motion, including cold outreach to senior executives
  • Convert happy customers into a steady source of peer-set referrals and introductions

Requirements

  • 3-8 years in MBB/Big 4 consulting, VC, or as Chief of Staff at a high-growth Series A-C startup
  • Comfortable with outbound hustle - cold calls, 25-35% travel, and generating tangible outcomes
  • Ability to leverage VC and investor networks to generate intros and pipeline
  • Experience structuring GTM motions - market expansion, sequencing, and targeting
  • Executive presence to represent the CEO in any room
  • Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from a top US, Canada, or UK University

Benefits

  • Salary & equity
  • NO visa sponsorship
  • benefits: daily catered lunches, flexible PTO, L&D stipend, 401k, full health/vision/dental, and annual company offsites.
  • Comfortable with 25 - 35% travel
