Job Summary:
Arnata is building the world’s first AI Logistics Manager, an AI Worker that autonomously runs logistics operations at scale. As an AI Engineer, you will design and develop AI systems, improve AI reasoning capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for logistics challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Build AI Agents: Design and develop AI systems capable of handling complex, real-world tasks over multiple channels, including email, phone, and SMS.
• Advance AI Reasoning: Improve the decision-making and reasoning capabilities of AI agents to handle complex logistics scenarios effectively.
• Integrate and Optimize Models: Architect and fine-tune foundational models, integrating them into scalable solutions that address real-world logistics challenges.
• Develop Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure and enhance AI agent performance.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and logistics experts to translate domain-specific challenges into innovative AI solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least a B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Exceptional candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.
• Proven track record of building and deploying advanced AI systems, particularly for applications requiring reasoning and multi-step processes.
• Strong knowledge of fine-tuning and optimizing AI models for real-world performance.
• Ability to integrate various AI models and tools to solve practical, high-impact problems in logistics.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-based AI deployments.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and real-time communication systems is a plus.
