Job Summary:
Arnata is building AI Workers to transform business operations. As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you will embed with customers to design and deploy AI solutions that optimize their operations and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Embed with customers and learn how they really operate
• Design and deploy AI Workers that immediately transform their business
• Build lightweight tools, integrations, and logic—then iterate in real time
• Debug edge cases, optimize performance, and ensure the AI works every time
• Bridge engineering and operations, with full ownership from day one
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong software background (CS, Physics, Engineering, Math—or you taught yourself by building)
• Proficient in Python, Java, JS/TS, or similar
• Comfortable with APIs, data flows, scripting, and building quickly
• Exceptional communicator—you can talk to executives and operators alike
• Willing to travel to where the action is (~25%)
Preferred:
• Experience in logistics, AI deployment, or high-stakes ops is a plus, but not required
