AI Implementation Specialist/Coach

Full Time Professional AVENTURA, FL, US

3 days ago Requisition ID: 1329

Salary Range: $84,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually

Position Overview

The AI Implementation Coach helps client teams identify, adopt, and embed practical AI tools into their day-to-day marketing and sales workflows, coaching clients directly through selection, rollout, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client workflows to identify high-value opportunities for AI tool adoption (content, CRM, reporting, customer service, etc.).
  • Recommend, configure, and pilot AI tools appropriate to client size, budget, and technical maturity.
  • Coach client teams through adoption — training sessions, documentation, and troubleshooting — until tools are self-sustaining.
  • Stay current on the fast-moving AI tool landscape relevant to marketing and revenue operations.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and training materials the firm can reuse across the client portfolio.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years applying AI tools in a business or marketing context (not required to be an engineer or data scientist).
  • Strong working knowledge of current generative AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier/Make, AI-native CRM features).
  • Proven ability to teach and drive adoption of new tools with non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Change-management or training/facilitation background.
  • Experience building simple automations or integrations.
  • Consulting or agency experience across multiple client industries.
What We Look For in Every Client-Facing Expert
  • Think Bigger Mindset — approaches every client problem by asking 'what would 10x better look like?' rather than settling for marginal fixes.
  • Service-Minded — treats every client interaction as a chance to build trust; follows through without being chased.
  • Clear Communicator — translates technical or strategic detail into language a business owner can act on, in writing and live sessions.
  • Coach, Not Just Doer — comfortable teaching a client to run a process, not only running it for them.
