PCG Consulting International is expanding our AI Automation practice and is seeking a hands-on AI Automation Developer to help build enterprise AI-driven communication and workflow solutions for large healthcare organizations.
This role focuses on implementing conversational AI, workflow automation, and voice technologies using the IntelePeer Communications Automation Platform (CAP) and related AI technologies. You will work directly with PCG's architecture leadership to expand our AI implementation capabilities across healthcare and contact center environments.
We are looking for someone who is technically strong, highly adaptable, and excited to grow into a key role within a rapidly expanding AI automation practice.
What You'll Be Working On
You will help design, build, configure, test, and support conversational AI and automation workflows that include:
  • AI-driven voice intake systems
