I opened my agency in 2015 after spending several years building my leadership foundation at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and then supporting State Farm agents on the corporate side with business planning, marketing, and sales execution. That experience is what pushed me toward agency ownership I wanted to build something meaningful, serve my community, and create a team environment where people can grow, earn well, and take pride in the work they do. Today, our team includes 10 team members and we operate with a championship team mindset accountability, teamwork, and steady improvement every week.
Im originally from Jamaica and moved to the U.S. to attend the University of South Florida in Tampa. Outside the office, youll usually find me supporting my kids at soccer games, staying focused on personal growth, and keeping life balanced with walking and meditation. Shawn Aguilar - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
