Salary: $71,452.91 – $96,671.58

What You'll Do

Be the Go-To HR Partner

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Build strong relationships and deliver tailored HR solutions
  • Proactively identify issues and provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, and benefits

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Oversee core HR functions like onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR service delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Mentor, coach, and develop HR team members
  • Set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth
  • Ensure service levels are met-and exceeded

Ensure Compliance & Mitigate Risk

  • Stay ahead of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Conduct audits and implement compliance best practices
  • Address risks before they become problems

Innovate & Improve

  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR services and client satisfaction
  • Lead projects that drive efficiency and scalability
  • Align HR strategies with broader business goals

Train & Empower

  • Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Support onboarding/offboarding of clients
  • Be a trusted resource for HR best practices

Work Environment

  • This role operates in a professional office environment and involves regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Occasional travel to client sites may be required

What we are Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Bonus Points For: HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
