Job description

AgraForm LLC is one of the leading agrochemical contract manufacturing companies in the U.S. and is centrally located in St. Louis, MO. We provide high-quality bulk formulation, agri-chemical processing, spray drying, milling, packaging, and storage services for chemical manufacturers. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment at our facility and are known for our attention to quality and service.

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT 

Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products through the plant/warehouse in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with company standards and procedures. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

Responsible for the accurate receipt, placement and storage of product within the plant and/or warehouse in accordance with established company policies and procedures. 

Stage raw materials necessary for the production department. 

Oversee storage trailers for loading and unloading. 

Responsible for the accurate timely picking, packing, and shipping of products in accordance with established company policies and procedures. 

Ensure transport and restock of products in assigned location. Ensure all operating procedures are followed to promote4 efficient and effective space utilization and maintenance of facilities and equipment. 

Complete all necessary paperwork and update supervisor to ensure accuracy.   

Provide assistance to the Warehouse Manager as needed. 

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS 

Assist with the general cleanliness of the warehouse and maintain all equipment in accordance with company standards. 

Follow GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. 

Perform all other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS 

Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.  

Ability to operate warehouse equipment necessary to perform material handling duties. 

Ability to learn and perform the duties necessary to provide the maximum service level required of this position.  

May occasionally be exposed to or required to work in conditions that may include dust, fumes, chemicals with appropriate safety measures. 

Must be mobile and can lift and load heavy items up to 51-70 lbs. 

Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. 

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.  

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
