What will you do?

  • Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
  • Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and how our technologies can help them become more profitable and sustainable.
  • Actively Listen and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences.
  • Travel within your assigned territory meeting prospective and current customers and introduce our products.
  • Set up field demonstrations and Collect Data from them to generate future sales.
  • Represent Timac at growersโ€™ meetings and industry events.
  • Develop your sales strategy to introduce our products to customers within your assigned area.
Requirements:

What will it take?

  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Sales experience (or motivation to learn).
  • Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute.
  • Passion for sustainable agriculture.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust.
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License.
