Job Posting: Minnesota Aging Pathways Support Specialist

Position Type: In Office: Part-Time (24 hrs)/Non-exempt

About Us: The Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging (MNRAAA) provides advocacy, information, resources and assistance so that older adults can maintain the lifestyle of their choice. Minnesota Aging Pathways is a free statewide service of the Minnesota Board on Aging, in partnership with Minnesota's Area Agencies on Aging. Minnesota Aging Pathways helps older Minnesotans and their families by connecting to local services, finding answers, and getting the help they need.

Job Summary: MNRAAA is seeking a part-time Minnesota Aging Pathways Support Specialist. This role supports Minnesota Aging Pathways staff by entering data into the Client Tracking System, preparing and managing incoming and outgoing mailings for all MAP departments, and assisting MAP Supervisors with reporting, meeting agenda creation and note taking.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $15.85 - $21.28 per hour, depending on years or relevant experience.
  • Paid vacation, sickness, and holiday time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing incoming and outgoing mailing and documenting accordingly in the Client Tracking System.
  • Supporting Minnesota Aging Pathways supervisors with reporting, meeting agenda creation and notetaking.
  • Assisting with the management of Minnesota Aging Pathways material inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Requires high school degree and one year of customer service, data entry or clerical experience.
