Job description

Senior Agile Program Manager - We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Program Manager to lead and advance enterprise Agile transformation initiatives supporting the Forecasting & Modeling program. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving Agile adoption, improving team maturity, establishing governance, and delivering measurable business value across multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate has successfully led enterprise Agile transformations within federal or private sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and manage enterprise Agile transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.

·        Establish program governance, stakeholder communications, status reporting, risk management, and performance metrics.

·        Drive Agile team maturity through coaching frameworks, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·        Ensure consistent adoption of Agile methodologies, standards, and playbooks across teams, Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches.

·        Monitor Agile resource effectiveness, coaching quality, and team performance while resolving delivery and organizational challenges.

·        Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to maximize business value and continuously improve Agile practices.

Required Qualifications

·        10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise Agile transformations.

·        5+ years of hands-on Agile coaching experience with multiple teams.

·        3+ years of program or project management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.

·        Deep expertise with Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies.

·        Experience developing Agile maturity models, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.

·        Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

·        Bachelor''s degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.

·        Experience supporting federal agencies or other highly regulated environments.

·        Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
