Job Description The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-level Agile adoption and ensuring consistent, high-value delivery across teams within ISG. This role leads Agile transformation initiatives, embeds Agile practices at scale, and enables teams and leaders to deliver outcomes with speed, predictability, and quality. Acting as a senior coach and delivery partner, the Agile Delivery Lead facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes systemic impediments, tracks delivery performance through Agile metrics, and continuously improves team maturity. The role partners closely with leadership and stakeholders to reinforce Agile principles, guide change, and build a collaborative, high-performing delivery culture across multiple Agile teams.Building Relations

  • Experience handling multiple Agile teams in various contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
  • Experience in handling multiple Agile Teams and guiding Leadership, Scaled Agile roles for at least three years for software or non-software development team
  • Experience in facilitating Agile Scaled Events
LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Agile approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
  • The ability to distinguish between what "is Agile" what is "not Agile"
  • Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the organization
  • Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
EDUCATION
  • College Graduate (i.e. BS IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
  • Experience in Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead is preferred
