Job description

Adriana’s Insurance is looking for motivated, personable, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents.

If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and are motivated by the opportunity to increase your income through sales performance, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company.

Compensation

  • $18.00/hour base pay for candidates without an insurance license
  • $20.00/hour base pay for candidates with a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C) license plus a sign on bonus
  • Base pay +Uncapped commissions and performance-based incentives for licensed and base pay+ performance-based incentives for unlicensed agents
  • Unlicensed agents can expect to earn more than base rate, including base pay and bonuses, depending on sales performance
  • Top-performing agents have the opportunity to earn significantly more, with annual earning potential of up to $200,000
  • Sign-On Bonus Opportunity: Up to $5,000

Actual earnings vary based on experience, licensing, sales performance, commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Commission earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed.

What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will help customers understand their insurance options and find coverage that fits their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist customers through a high volume of inbound & outbound leads and walk-in traffic—no cold calling required
  • Build relationships with customers and earn their trust
  • Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and available solutions
  • Understand customer needs and recommend insurance products that fit their individual situation
  • Generate new business and achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Use CRM systems and other technology to manage customer information and follow-ups
  • Work with leading insurance carriers to provide customers with coverage options
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Work independently while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are motivated to succeed and enjoy working with people.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers
  • A goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
  • Excellent follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills (preferred)
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry

Insurance Licensing

An active insurance license is preferred but not required.

Preferred licenses include:

  • Personal Lines License
  • Property & Casualty License

Candidates without an insurance license can still apply and may be eligible for paid training and the opportunity to earn bonuses while developing their insurance knowledge and sales skills.
