PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Must have an active Life, Health & Accident insurance license or be willing to get licensed
  • Coordinate marketing resources for prospective agents
  • Meet with clients and help them apply for financial products
  • Contact prospective clients that have asked for help and schedule appointments - no cold calling
  • Contact candidates and schedule interviews with potential agents
  • Conduct interviews and follow-up meetings with potential agents
  • Assist with agent contracting and licensing requirements
  • Guide new agents through the training and launch process
  • Supporting new and existing agents in our Salesforce
