Job description

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer – Agentforce
Location: On-Site –Atlanta, Georgia (Local only) - No relocation 
Job Type: W2/Contract 
 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and experience with Salesforce Agentforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging AI-powered automation and agent capabilities to enhance customer service, sales operations, and business processes. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and modern AI-driven Salesforce features.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Implement and configure Agentforce to build AI-driven customer and employee agents.
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Build scalable automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
  • Work with AI-driven Salesforce features, including automation, conversational agents, and workflow orchestration.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices for Salesforce security, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, release management, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI automation frameworks.
  • Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, security, and governance in Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
  • AI or Agentforce-related Salesforce certifications (preferred)
  • Experience with AI, automation, or conversational agent development.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
  • Exposure to Einstein AI and generative AI capabilities within Salesforce.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
  • Knowledge of **Salesforce Einstein AI features and generative AI tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
