The Sales Transformation practice within Accenture Song helps organizations modernize and reinvent their commercial organizations to drive profitable growth. We partner with senior client leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to design and implement next-generation sales strategies, operating models, processes, technology platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities. Our work spans Sales Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Operations, Sales Process Transformation, CRM and Sales Technology Modernization, Digital Selling, Agentic AI, Sales Enablement, and Change Management. The Job:
The role will support the continued growth of our Products Industry Sales Transformation offering, helping clients modernize sales strategy, sales execution, commercial operations, and AI-enabled revenue growth capabilities. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering large-scale sales transformation programs across Products clients, partnering closely with client executives and Accenture leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver large-scale Sales Transformation, Commercial Excellence, and Revenue Growth programs for Products industry clients.
  • Advise senior client executives on sales strategy, operating model modernization, AI-enabled selling, Revenue Operations, and commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Design future-state sales organizations, processes, governance models, and performance management frameworks that improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
  • Develop business cases, value realization plans, and transformation roadmaps tied to growth, efficiency, and customer outcome objectives.
  • Lead assessments of current-state sales capabilities, identifying opportunities across sales operations, sales enablement, incentive compensation, territory strategy, customer segmentation, account planning, and revenue processes.
  • Define and implement AI-enabled sales capabilities, digital selling strategies, CRM modernization initiatives, and data-driven decision-making approaches.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technology, Data & AI, and Operations to deliver integrated transformation solutions.
  • Shape and support business development activities, including client relationship management, opportunity origination, proposal development, solutioning, and sales pursuits.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives while building long-term relationships across strategic accounts.
  • Mentor and coach consultants and managers, fostering team growth, capability development, and knowledge sharing across the practice.

Need to Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Transformation, Sales Excellence, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, or adjacent consulting disciplines
  • 5+ years experience with Lead-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives or B2B sales processes, operating models, and commercial effectiveness
  • 5+ years experience working with Products industry clients, preferably across Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrials, and/or Life Sciences]
  • Relevant certification in Salesforce (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, AI Associate/Agentforce), Prosci Change Management, SAFe, Agile, or Product Management, and/or AI certification

Nice to Have:
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and client relationship skills
  • Demonstrated leadership of Sales Transformation programs from strategy through implementation
  • Proven experience in business development, opportunity shaping, solutioning, and sales pursuits
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled sales transformation and modern revenue growth capabilities
  • Knowledge of AI-powered sales, sales automation, and agentic selling capabilities
  • Experience leading organizational change and seller adoption initiatives
