The Strategic Sales Director, Agentforce Operations role focuses on selling our cutting‑edge products that automate complex operational workflows and deliver trusted, human‑like reasoning at scale. As a key senior sales leader, you’ll formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical—driving growth by penetrating our existing Salesforce customer base and attracting new customers. You’ll help organizations radically scale their operational capacity, reduce manual bottlenecks, and maximize ROI by deploying autonomous agents that seamlessly connect data, actions, and humans across the enterprise.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $157,650—$244,510 annually. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $173,460—$269,080 per year.
