Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Core Development and specialization in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, AgentForce AI Agents, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions addressing complex business needs in the healthcare and life sciences domain, working closely with architects, business analysts, and end users.
Experience
  • Relevant experience in Salesforce Development
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Development
  • Experience in Life Sciences Cloud / Health Cloud environments preferred

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Build and enhance applications within Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) and Health Cloud.
  • Integrate and extend AgentForce AI Agent capabilities to automate workflows and improve user interactions.
  • Collaborate with data teams to implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for unified data management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and healthcare security/compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
  • Assist with user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and emerging technologies.
  • Work with integration teams to connect Salesforce with third-party healthcare systems and APIs.
