Job description

  • Own the AI use-case backlog for the pod, starting with the servicing agent-assist scale-out and prioritizing additional items from the backlog of AI pilots.
  • Partner with internal Product Owner and PSL leadership team to define call reduction, AHT (average handle time), and deflection targets - cited the early benchmark of "90 seconds to 14 seconds" agent lookup time and signaled this is where ROI must be proven.
  • Translate business intent into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps (ADO), the SOW-mandated system of record, with explicit Acceptance Criteria.
  • Run sprint planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and demos in line with Photon's AI-infused agile cadence (1-2 week sprints, working toward 2-day sprints as the team matures).
  • Operate as a "Vibe PO" - leveraging AI tooling for requirements drafting, story generation, and acceptance criteria authoring.
  • Coordinate with the transformation advisor on ways-of-working alignment.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 60,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 210,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
