Compensation:$110,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Shadow experienced agents to learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry.
- Assist in generating leads and building a client base through various marketing strategies.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
- Support the preparation of property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on market trends and real estate practices.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:- Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
