As an Advertising Account Associate on the US Agency Development Team in our NYC office, you'll play a vital role in providing support functions to the entire team including Sellers and Account Managers. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of our sales process and the management and execution of our enterprise accounts and require someone extremely detail-oriented. This role will provide exposure to all facets of enterprise advertising at Taboola. It will provide valuable skills, knowledge and experiences for those interested in pursing a future career in Sales or Account Management, with opportunities to be client-facing.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years experience in a digital planning or sales strategy role at a media agency or digital technology company 
  • Good understanding of media math and demonstrated ability to build digital media plans and proposals
  • Detail oriented with strong project management, time management and organizational skills 
  • You're a natural collaborator willing to work with anyone to reach a common goal
  • Knowledgeable of the latest digital advertising trends and online media a plus
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills

How you'll make an impact:

As an Advertising Account Associate, you'll bring value by:

  • Assisting the Agency Development team by preparing sales materials, media plans, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support the Agency Development team with coordinating and executing larger customer events (lunch & learns, dinners, client entertaining, etc).
  • Provide support for all agency deals including billing and pacing / reporting. 
  • Providing support to the sales team through all stages of the funnel. Some examples of support tasks include: blueprinting key sales prospects, supporting events and client entertainment, attending meetings and supporting the Sales team with follow ups and deliverables.
  • Supporting key accounts by tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and assisting with client requests to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Launching, monitoring, and optimizing client campaigns on a weekly basis to ensure accurate delivery and performance.
  • Compiling and analyzing campaign data to generate insights, provide recommendations, and assist in client reporting.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all deliverables, including invoices, are processed accurately and on time.
  • Working closely with the pod to identify areas for improvement and support business growth through detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Helping facilitate brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign planning by organizing relevant data and materials.
  • Gaining client-facing experience through participation in client calls, presentations, and strategic discussions.
