Work Environment

This remote position offers flexibility while maintaining the ability to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Our outpatient focus ensures that your contributions are directly impacting the lives of individuals and families in need. Expect a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility of adjusting hours based on client needs, providing a perfect work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by employing evidence-based practices to identify individual client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans. Your assessments will play a key role in defining therapy goals and strategies.
  • Implement and provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized methodologies tailored to the specific challenges faced by each client.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy for effective patient tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse treatment team to facilitate an integrated approach to mental health care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients through professional consultations and interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Regularly educate clients and their families on mental health issues, helping them understand treatment choices, available resources, and coping strategies that are vital to the healing process.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care to continually enhance the quality of the services provided to clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
