Job description

Make a meaningful difference every day by working closely with a student as a dedicated paraprofessional in a supportive school environment near Holley, NY. This full-time, contract opportunity gives you the chance to contribute directly to student success, working 1:1 with a child who has Autism and behavioral needs. Your commitment and expertise will help create a positive, safe, and productive learning experience, while collaborating with educators and specialists to implement individualized plans.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings or similar educational roles
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain patience with students with Autism and behavioral challenges
  • Understanding of positive behavioral interventions and support strategies
  • Familiarity with IEP (Individualized Education Program) implementation and documentation

  • Flexibility and reliability for full-time hours in a contract position

Primary Responsibilities:
