Job description

New Generation Academy, a fully accredited school, is seeking to hire Middle and High School Math tutors for grades 6-12.
Job Description (Required):
  • This is a Face-to-Face Opportunity only.
  • Tutoring will take place in areas across Dekalb County (i.e. - Tucker, Decatur).
  • Tutors must be proficient in Math topics through Algebra 1.
  • Tutors must have at least 2 years of experience with tutoring or teaching in the subject area(s).
  • Tutors should be equipped to assist students with closing skills gaps.
  • This is a face-to-face position only.
  • Must have availability after school, starting 1:30 pm.
  • We seek tutors who can connect with students and get results.
  • Currently, a Certified Georgia Teaching Certificate is a plus but not required.
  • A bilingual tutor (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
