HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do as an RBT:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.

You will:

  • Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

  • Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Collect accurate data during each session

  • Share updates and progress with your BCBA team

  • Complete clear and timely session notes

  • Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families

  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided)

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time and full-time positions available

  • Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; optional weekend availability as needed)

  • 15–25+ hours per week, based on your availability and client needs

Compensation:

  • $21–$25 per hour
