Job description

The After-School Assistant role near 46394 supports the smooth operation of our after-school program. Primarily responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining a clean and organized environment, monitoring student behavior, and ensuring students' safety during program hours. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students, staff, and parents. Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is preferred. The After-School Assistant must adhere to program guidelines and foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. This position is part-time and offers flexible hours.
