Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of college-level education in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales of medical devices or patient care solutions.
  • Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Functional English proficiency.
  • Strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan weekly client visits and presentations to promote patient care products.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support during the sales process.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on open opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and assist in account management.
  • Submit weekly activity and sales reports.
  • Support payment collection efforts and attend company events or meetings as required.
  • Provide excellent service before, during, and after product installation.
