 Personal Lines Sales Producer

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships through various marketing channels, networking, cold and warm calling, and referrals

  • Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to identify coverage gaps

  • Present and sell Personal Lines insurance products including Home, Auto, and Flood

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding policy options, coverage details, and eligibility

  • Maintain proficiency in product offerings, internal systems, and agency services

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

  • Contribute to agency growth through cross-selling and promoting new initiatives

  • Maintain accurate documentation in our agency management system (Applied Epic)


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience (Personal Lines preferred)

  • Active Florida P&C license (4-40, 20-44, or 2-20)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and agency software (Applied Epic & Quote Rush)

  • Ability to pass a background check
