Affiliate & Partnerships Manager (Remote, USA).eCommerceDirect ResponsePerformance Marketing. Let's be blunt. Most affiliate roles are glorified account management. This isn't one of them. This is for someone who knows how to drive revenue through partnerships - not just "manage relationships."
You'll own and scale a high-performing affiliate and partnerships channel inside a fast-growing, digital-first business.
You'll work directly with leadership to identify, recruit, activate, and grow partners who can actually move the needle - creators, publishers, influencers, media buyers, and brands with aligned audiences.
If you've done this properly before, you'll know:
  • It's not about volume. It's about quality partners that convert
  • It's not about clicks. It's about AOV, LTV, CAC, and profit
  • It's not about "nice relationships." It's about commercial outcomes

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Building and scaling a profitable affiliate + partnerships channel
  • Identifying and onboarding high-value partners (not just anyone with a list)
  • Structuring offers, payouts, and incentives that drive performance
  • Managing and optimising campaigns based on data, not guesswork
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, media, and product teams
  • Turning partnerships into a predictable revenue engine

We're only interested if you've already done this:
  • 3-5+ years in affiliate / partnerships / BD within DTC, eCommerce or direct response
  • Experience in golf, supplements, health, fitness, or performance-driven consumer brands
  • You understand the customer - because you are the customer (or very close to it)
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth, not just activity
  • Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team and time zones

Bonus if you've worked with:
  • Creator / influencer partnerships that actually convert
  • Affiliate platforms + tracking tools
  • High-ticket offers, info products, subscriptions, or physical products

  • You've only worked in brand marketing or awareness campaigns
