Aetna's remote LPNs regularly communicate and collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and care coordinators through secure digital platforms, phone calls, and virtual meetings. While you work independently from home, you'll participate in case conferences, share patient updates, and coordinate care plans as part of a larger interdisciplinary team. This collaborative approach ensures continuity of care and allows LPNs to contribute their clinical insights while maintaining strong professional connections, even when not physically present in an office.
