  • Provide one-on-one education and navigation support to help employees better understand their benefits, medical and pharmacy cost share, claims, prior authorization, preventive care, clinical programs, EAP, and other available resources.
  • Use available data and population health insights to conduct thoughtful, proactive outreach related to high-risk scores, frequent or inappropriate emergency room utilization, catastrophic cases, diabetes support, preventive screenings, and other targeted wellness priorities.
  • Visit City worksites to provide health education, blood pressure screenings, preventive screening reminders, and benefit navigation for employees who may not be able to visit City Hall during standard office hours.
  • Primarily support City of Orlando employees, with occasional support for family members and rare support for retirees, as appropriate to the role and available programs.

  • Support City wellness initiatives, including Wellness Wednesday communications, new hire orientations, monthly and quarterly touchpoints, health observance activities, and larger annual initiatives such as mammography, colorectal cancer screening, site-of-care education, and utilization-focused campaigns.
  • Maintain timely documentation, follow-up, appointment support, and reporting activities to help keep outreach, onsite visits, and wellness program support organized and effective.
  • Review utilization patterns, top clinical conditions, screening opportunities, and engagement trends to help shape practical recommendations for future wellness solutions and employee education strategies.
  • Represent the Aetna and City of Orlando wellness partnership with professionalism, confidentiality, service orientation, and a commitment to a positive employee experience.

Required Qualifications
