Job Type: Full-time, Nonexempt, 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Hours: M-F, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Eastern Time
Position Summary
Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Assembler 3 to join our growing team. This position performs advanced technical assembly work, including tall and service hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, and AC systems, and installs heavy parts and cabins on construction equipment. All this is done while demonstrating expert troubleshooting, independent decision-making, and an understanding of cause-and-effect relationships between components.

Requirements
  • Uses hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment to install and service hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, AC systems, heavy parts, and cabins on construction equipment.
  • Performs all Assembler 1 and 2 (basic and intermediate) duties independently and accurately.
  • Demonstrates advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • Anticipates consequences of adjustments and sequences tasks effectively.
  • Works with Liu Gong and Hyundai/Develon equipment.
  • Serves as a technical resource and informal mentor to other-level Assemblers.
All this is always carried out in accordance with our company's quality, environmental, and health policies.
Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems required.
  • Capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Understands interdependencies between components and systems.
  • Demonstrates leadership, mentoring, and independent decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to work with accuracy and with little to no supervision.
  • Exercises sound judgment in complex situations.
  • Fosters collaboration and problem-solving across teams.
  • Ability to lift, push, and or pull objects up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely as required.
  • Must be okay with working in small, confined spaces.
  • Ability to climb up, under, around, and over large equipment, and work at heights of up to 9 feet.
  • A current, valid driver's license and an insurable driver's record are required.
  • Recent forklift experience required.
