Job description


SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for supporting reliable customer EDI connections and expanding our SAP-based EDI capabilities via Aeroxchange. As well as leading projects mapping SAP to internal applications to automate workflows and improve efficiencies.
This role will collaborate with customer service, IT, and other internal functions to keep projects aligned and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve EDI compliance to meet and exceed customer expectations across Mainframe, SAP, and homegrown ERPs
  • Triage EDI errors and exceptions; compile and interpret error reports; drive resolution plans with EDI developers; communicate status and timelines to
    internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist in the roll-out of new capabilities for the SAP based-EDI connections; onboard new customers to this environment and ensure their expectations are met
  • Prepare documentation and Procedures for EDI and E-business processes.
  • Deliver and maintain end-to-end automated solutions: business document->transformation + enhancement (Alteryx) -> SQL table-> Dashboard (Power BI)
  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements
  • Uphold documentation, testing, and change management best practices
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and/or
    participating in professional associations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in applicable field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering), PMP Certification preferred.
  • 5+ years preferred related work experience
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter able to independently complete tasks accurately and quickly
  • Proficient data transformation skills, Alteryx knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of Aeroxchange (Aerospace EDI middleware facilitator)
