Standard Job Description You will be the Aeronautical Engineer for the Aeronautics team which is responsible for delivering cuttingedge airframe solutions. What You Will Be Doing As the Aeronautical Engineer you will be responsible for leading durability and damagetolerance analyses that ensure our aircraft meet rigorous servicelife requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct fatigue and fracture analyses to certify airframe structural integrity.

Provide structural analysis data to support fleet lifecycle management. Utilize crack initiation and growth tools for design sizing, drawing review, and reporting. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate analysis results into program decisions.

The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secretclearance. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering; Civil Engineers will also be considered 1 year of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree in the fields listed above Desired Skills - Experience with programming languages such as MatLab, VBA, Visual Studio, or Python - Experience with CAD or CAE applications - Previous internship/co-op experience within the Aerospace industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment - Proficient with Microsoft Office Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
