What You Will Be Doing


As the Associate Aeronautical Engineering Manager you will be responsible for blending strong technical expertise with effective people leadership to drive success on the F35 program.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Mentor and develop engineering talent, conducting performance assessments and careergrowth planning.

  • Oversee administrative duties such as compensation, awards, and behavioral actions.

  • Manage training activities and ensure team readiness for program milestones.

  • Lead technical design work with the Design Team on harness and interconnect systems.

  • Coordinate with the Airframe Subsystems organization to align deliverables with program objectives.
