Why This Role Exists

This role exists to lead and elevate the machine shop operations at Precision Aero Fab during continued growth in aerospace, defense, and commercial manufacturing programs.

As an AS9100-certified manufacturer, Precision Aero Fab produces high-precision components and complex metal assemblies where accuracy, repeatability, and leadership matter. The Master Machinist / Programmer plays a critical role in ensuring parts are produced efficiently, correctly, and on schedule—while building a high-performing team around them.

This is not a “button pusher” role. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for both technical execution and shop performance.
