Description: Job Description Job Description: Advisory lead for Pharma Manufacturing / Life Science . Focus on advisory led growth in Pharma & Life Science accounts through Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing, Asset Management, Industrial Automation, Control Systems etc. The role is responsible for working in tandem with the Sales Teams of IOT & DE and the Big bet lead for Smart Manufacturing through consultative sales. The role reports into the NA Sales Head and through him / her to Global Advisory Lead. The role is strategic in nature, with high visibility and responsibility. The following would be some of the key roles and responsibilities:
  • Engage with the CXO leadership in key accounts to build long term relationships to sight opportunities ahead of their formal bidding, shape the opportunities
  • Position our Advisory Services with our clients in the context of their business challenges from an entrepreneurial and holistic perspective with innovative ideas
  • Analyze the customer requirement (Proactive pitch, Advisory/strategic - RFI, RFP) to arrive at the best fit / innovative solution to meet customer needs.
  • Lead Advisory engagements to define strategic smart manufacturing initiative roadmap aligning to business goals, builds business case to obtain buy-in from executive sponsors of the strategy.
  • Provide oversight into large / strategic transformative engagements with our clients, participate in steering committees in advisory / partner role
  • Engage with different sales and advisory teams of TCS to architect and articulate advisory services to address the client needs
  • Actively participate in leading industry events and forums and be recognized as a thought leader

Influenced Revenue for Large deal shaping CXO connects established and executive connects made Customer Satisfaction Thought leadership through speaker events Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering, preferably Post Graduate in Engineering / Management
