What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Support the Service Advisors in daily operations and customer interactions

  • Greet clients, assist with vehicle check-in, and ensure a smooth intake process

  • Communicate service updates to customers via phone, text, and email

  • Coordinate vehicle movement between service lanes, technician bays, and the car wash

  • Prepare repair orders and ensure documentation accuracy

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area

  • Assist with loaner vehicle coordination and key management


What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Prior automotive or customer service experience preferred
