International BMW, a premier destination for luxury automotive service, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do:
  • Support the Service Advisors in daily operations and customer interactions

  • Greet clients, assist with vehicle check-in, and ensure a smooth intake process

  • Communicate service updates to customers via phone, text, and email

  • Coordinate vehicle movement between service lanes, technician bays, and the car wash

  • Prepare repair orders and ensure documentation accuracy

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area

  • Assist with loaner vehicle coordination and key management


What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior automotive or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

  • Familiarity with BMW vehicles or Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus
