Overview:
Retirement Income Strategies located in Evansville, WI is seeking to add an Associate Advisor to our team! This growth-centered role is designed for motivated professionals eager to advance to Lead Advisor and beyond. As an Associate Advisor, you will have the invaluable opportunity to learn directly from the Lead Advisor and master our repeatable process, laying a strong foundation for your professional development within our firm.
What you’ll do:
  • Client Interaction: Prepare for client appointments, sit second chair in meetings, and manage post-appointment follow-up
  • Learning amp; Development: Master our unique process, language, and client service standards; become fluent in our proven approach
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Lead Advisor and team to solve client problems, add value, and build trust
  • Process Adherence: Follow our scalable, duplicatable processes to ensure consistency and quality throughout client interactions
  • Transition of Responsibilities: Progress from second to first chair in client meetings within 6-12 months, ultimately taking on your own group of clients as Lead Relationship Advisor
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years’ of face-to-face client experience in financial services or related field
  • Life and Health insurance license
  • Series 65 securities license
  • CFP certification or willingness/ability to obtain within first year
  • Proven problem solver, self-starter, adaptable, attention to detail, committed team player
  • Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
  • Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters

  • $68,900 - $86,900/year based on experience + additional $5k (CFP licensed)
  • Maximum variable compensation up to $30k based on experience
