About the Role

Re-Bath Corporate is seeking a detail-oriented Traffic & Media Buying Coordinator to support our Marketing team. In this role, you'll coordinate the flow of creative assets between internal teams and external media partners while supporting media buying activities across television, radio, streaming (OTT), print, out-of-home (OOH), display, and direct mail campaigns.

Working closely with our Managed Marketing Services team, you'll help ensure campaigns launch accurately, remain on schedule, and are executed efficiently for our growing franchise network.

ResponsibilitiesTraffic Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate the delivery of creative assets for media campaigns.
  • Ensure all media assets—including print, OOH, video, audio, and display creative—meet vendor specifications and deadlines.
  • Maintain a detailed traffic schedule to track campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain records of trafficking activities, creative assets, and communications.
Media Buying Support
  • Assist with requesting and reviewing media kits, rate cards, and vendor proposals.
  • Help evaluate circulation, distribution, and CPM data to support media placement recommendations.
  • Prepare and issue insertion orders.
  • Track campaign budgets, invoices, and billing against contracted rates.
  • Support negotiations for rates, makegoods, and added-value opportunities.
  • Reconcile post-buy reports against approved media plans and invoices.
  • Collect and organize monthly vendor invoices.
Invoice Reconciliation
  • Collect orders, invoices, and trafficking reports to verify campaign details.
  • Cross-reference invoice information against approved orders.
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in media coordination, traffic coordination, advertising operations, production coordination, or marketing support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience with media trafficking or advertising platforms such as MediaForce, CallRail, or Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience supporting franchise marketing, agency marketing, or media buying teams.
