Job description

Beasley Media Group-Detroit is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our radio sales team in executing successful digital and broadcast advertising campaigns. This role plays a key part in campaign onboarding, coordination, and delivery, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Onboarding & Execution: Set up digital ad campaigns (display, streaming, social, programmatic), gather and verify assets including creative, copy, and targeting details, partner with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time launches, perform quality checks prior to launch and monitor campaign pacing.
  • Campaign Coordination: Enter and update orders in Marketron, manage campaign launches, revisions, and makegoods, track fulfillment and ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Sales Support: Assist Account Executives with proposals, presentations, and order entry, maintain client records and contracts in CRM systems, coordinate communication across sales, traffic, and digital teams, provide updates on campaign performance and inventory
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, media, or advertising (digital/radio preferred)
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
  • Experience with Marketron and VCreative is a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
