Old National is seeking a Community Marketing Project Manager.  This position supports Old National community marketing and brand visibility efforts through development, execution and management of strategic marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, media partnerships, and community initiatives. 

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $60,000/yr - $121,300/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

 

Key Accountability 1: Campaign Strategy and Execution 

  • Leads disruption campaigns, branch openings, promotion campaigns, client appreciation activities, and market driven event support. Provides creative consultation, project schedules and coordinates production and distribution with the corporate marketing creative team. 

Key Accountability 2: Sponsorship Activation and Media Relations 

  • Develop sponsorship opportunities, negotiate media partnerships, oversee advertising creative, and collaborate with local media representatives. Evaluates media sponsorship opportunities to make determination of the value and executes all deliverables by working with the corporate marketing creative team and agency to develop required assets.

 Key Accountability 3: Corporate Campaign Management 

  • Manages targeted product media placement, and post conversion Choose Your Charity campaigns including media buys and marketing support. Must be able to understand various campaign goals and work with the corporate marketing and community marketing teams for execution.

 Key Accountability 4: Marketing Evaluation and Resource Management 

  • Evaluates new media opportunities and marketing partnerships for potential activation. Will advise and present to key market stakeholders for evaluation and consideration. 

Key Competencies 

  • Project management, communication, campaign management, media tactics, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking. Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep track of multiple deadlines. Provides overall leadership for deliverables and manages all tactics including budget oversight. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Industry work experience is minimal 6-8+ years.
  • Preferred experience with marketing program / campaign management / communications and writing / media buying / budget management.
