Job description

The Paid Social & Search Campaign Manager will support the agency's media team by ensuring campaigns are planned, launched, and optimized efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. This role is ideal for a media professional with at least one year of experience buying media across Meta and Google, either at an advertising agency or in an in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital media buying and campaign operations and is ready to take ownership of campaign execution, including campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Core responsibilities include:


Campaign Support & Execution

  • Assist with the setup and trafficking of digital and social ad campaigns, ensuring all assets meet platform specifications and deadlines.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and internal trackers to ensure accuracy and visibility for the team.
  • Coordinate with vendors and media partners to secure placements, gather specs, and confirm deliverables.
  • Support the media team in troubleshooting issues and coordinating changes during campaign launches.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Pull campaign performance data from platforms and vendor reports to maintain up-to-date tracking documents.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and wrap-up reports with clear, accurate metrics for internal and client use.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and performance summaries for client meetings.


Team Collaboration & Growth

  • Provide general administrative support to the media team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely updates.
  • Stay current on industry trends and platform updates to build foundational media knowledge.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment and be proactive in learning and taking on new responsibilities.


Collaboration & Growth

  • Contribute to the growth of client relationships by providing strategic counsel and proactive ideas that add value.
  • Stay current on media trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms to ensure client strategies remain competitive.
  • Support the Media Director and team leads with special projects, vendor communications, and partnership opportunities.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or marketing, with at least 1 year in an agency or in-house media buying environment.
  • Foundational understanding of digital and social media platforms, ad trafficking, and campaign execution workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with performance data, reporting tools, and platform dashboards.
  • Demonstrated proactive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced media team.
