Flypaper digital advertising agency is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as an Agency Development Manager (ADM) for its Nashville, Tennessee office. This role offers significant earning potential for a motivated seller with a proven track record in digital advertising sales. Works alongside the Flypaper agency manager and works with the sales team.


Position Overview:
The Agency Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for:
-Prospecting
-Identifying, and
-Securing new business opportunities.


This position involves a proactive approach to cold calling, relationship building, and closing sales for a wide range of digital products and services, including Website Design/SEO, SEM, Display Ads, and Social Media Ads.


The ADM will work closely with a dedicated fulfillment team of Campaign and Product Specialists, to ensure smooth transitions and successful execution of campaigns post-sale. Additionally, ADMs may have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of sales-side Digital Media Consultants upon achieving consistent sales-reflective fulfillment success.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prospecting Sales Development:
-Identify key vertical market segments and initiate outreach strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

-Collaborate with Digital Media Consultants (DMCs) to optimize sales strategies and increase average order value (AVO).

Team Collaboration & Training:
-Support and train Digital Media Consultants in the market to strengthen sales efforts.
-Share best practices and strategies to enhance overall team performance.

Administrative & Reporting:
-Document all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
-Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Digital Agency Manager.

Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Communication Expectations:
-Respond to internal communication promptly (same day or as soon as
possible).
-Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all internal and external communications.
-Promote and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Transportation & Physical Requirements:
-Valid Driver’s License required.
-Must be able to provide dependable transportation and meet company vehicle policy requirements (mileage reimbursable).
-Must provide a Certificate of Insurance with the company listed as an “Interested Party.”
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.

Environmental Requirements: Routine exposure to loud noises and bright lights/glare (VDT).
Safety Sensitive Position:
-This position is classified as a safety-sensitive role. The successful candidate must comply with all safety protocols as required by company policies.


Salary/Compensation: $70,000 per year plus commission
