Company Overview:
InterMedia Advertising is a dynamic and innovative advertising agency specializing in creating captivating commercial TV productions for a wide range of clients. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process for commercials, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple commercial TV production projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating with creative teams, clients, and vendors to ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining quality standards. Report on budgetary status to senior management and clients.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source and manage vendors including equipment rental, post-production services, talent agencies, and location scouts. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets agreed terms.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise production assistants, crew members, and other team members. Ensure effective communication, task delegation, and quality control throughout the production process.
  • Logistics & Equipment: Oversee the logistics of equipment, materials, and resources necessary for production shoots. Ensure that all equipment is in good condition and all production needs are met.
  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients during the production process. Provide regular updates and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve any production-related issues or emergencies, managing unexpected challenges effectively and keeping projects on track.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations during the production process, including talent releases, location agreements, and insurance requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management within the advertising or commercial TV industry.
  • Education: A degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
    • In-depth knowledge of the production process, including pre-production, shoot, and post-production.
    • Familiarity with budgeting software and production management tools.
Local Knowledge:
  • Must be a local candidate familiar with the area, including local vendors, talent, and locations.
