What does the sign bonus mean for positions at AdventHealth?

A sign bonus, sometimes called a sign-on bonus, is a financial incentive offered to new hires for select AdventHealth positions as part of the onboarding process. The purpose of the sign bonus is to attract talented professionals and help cover relocation or transition costs. Be sure to review the job posting and talk with your recruiter to understand eligibility requirements, disbursement timing, and any repayment conditions if you leave before a set period.
