Overview

AdventHealth Tampa, a 626-bed tertiary care center in AdventHealth West Florida Division (now comprised of 15 hospitals), is seeking a board certified, highly motivated, and experienced Electrophysiologist. This individual will join an established practice at the busiest EP service in Florida.  AdventHealth Medical Group located at Pepin Heart Institute, includes a well-established group of interventional, non-invasive, advanced heart failure and electrophysiology physicians.  There is strong cardiac surgery backup available.  

Pepin Heart Institute provides comprehensive cardiovascular services and is Accredited by the American College of Cardiology with centers for transcatheter valve therapy, cardiac catheterization, cardiac electrophysiology, advanced heart failure, chest pain and myocardial infarction therapy and holds the National Center of Distinction designation as a HeartCare Center. Active cardiovascular research programs are supported by the AdventHealth Research Institute.

The West Florida Division Medical Group continues to grow rapidly to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Over the last six years, we've nearly tripled in size with a projection to grow to 900 providers by the end of 2026. With the addition of AdventHealth Port Charlotte, we span a broad geography in eight counties, with practices in Charlotte, Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties as well as five Care Pavilions. It's also home to the renowned AdventHealth Pepin Heart Institute, a recognized leader in cardiovascular disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and leading-edge research for over 30 years. Other specialty services include 24-hour emergency care for adults and pediatrics, cardiovascular medicine, digestive health, neuroscience, orthopedics, women's services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, and sleep medicine.
